Townsend Summit

Summits of Mount Townsend is the objective, departing the North Viking Park and Ride at 7:45 a.m., arriving at the trailhead about 9 a.m.

This trail is under 9 miles and offers 2700 feet of elevation gain. There will be pleniful flowers to view and photograph after we breakout at the alpine level.
It is going to be a hot day, so plenty of water, a sack lunch, and your 10 essentials. Reminder SUNSCREAM and Sunglasses.
