Tunnel Creek to Valhalla Peak

The trail follows Tunnel Creek through old-growth forest. Tunnel Creek Shelter is at 2.7 miles. After 3 miles the trail climbs steadily to Harrison Lake, the ridge of 5050 pass, and continues on to Valhalla Peak. The weather is supposed to be beautiful, which will make for a great view!

Carpool(s) departing the North Viking Transit Center at 8:00 a.m. Plan to hike approximately 10.5 miles round trip with about 3000 feet of elevation gain. No parking pass is required. Bring your lunch, 10 Essentials, & gas money.
