This is a musical based on a true story. It was during WWIII.
it was: A massive, volunteer-run rest stop at the Union Pacific Railroad depot in North Platte, Nebraska.
It ran every single day from December 25, 1941, until April 1, 1946.
Local volunteers from roughly 125 nearby communities served free food, coffee, and gifts to more than six million American servicemen and servicewomen passing through on troop trains.
The Theatre is located in building 7.
