Often teams will go through a 'strengths discovery' process and build awareness of their individual talents and the combined talents of their team. They come away feeling great after their first workshop, and have good intentions to continue on with the CliftonStrengths journey with their teams. But often they don't. Work gets in the way, busy-ness sets in, they know they want to be 'doing something' with strengths, but often they fail at properly integrating strengths-based approaches unless they have a coach on hand to help them do this!
Their integration of CliftonStrengths in the workplace remains solely in the 'awareness bucket' and little is intentionally done to move from strengths-saturation to strengths-application.
In this Meetup event webinar, we'll discuss ideas that help build a shift in mindset for managers and teams. We'll talk through easy processes and rhythms that teams can adopt and integrate into their work patterns to create intentional ways of adopting a strengths language in their teams as a way of continually flexing their strengths muscles and investing in their talents to create high-performing, highly engaged teams.
