KIN Wine and Cheese Boat Cruise

Koningsdag has past, summer is rolling on in, and the first bottles of rosé have been cracked open... so naturally we start thinking about getting on a boat with a likeable bunch of people, and cruising the Amsterdam canals with a drink in hand!!

To satisfy this itch KIN is once again organizing a summer wine and cheese tasting and canal cruise on the evening of Thursday 23rd June.

Last year was sensational, so we are not messing with the key elements too much. We are looking for a crowd of maximum of FORTY, to cruise the canals of Amsterdam on the historic 'trekschuiten' Jacob van Lennep. Back in its day of 1888, these suckers were pulled through the canals by great big sweaty horses. Today, an electric motor and a bloke in a swish uniform...

Once again an array of fine New Zealand wines will be selected and accompanied by platters of matching (and no doubt stinky) cheeses from de KaasKamer in the Nine Streets. There will be a cash bar for beers and other drinks, but fine Kiwi wine is for sure the focus on this boat trip!

Costs: 40 EUR per person


Duration: 2 hours cruising, and we will deposit you somewhere hospitable after for nightcaps for those interested...
