Join Kimberly Nicole for a 4-week journey designed to help women of all body types and backgrounds explore their unique expression of Ginga——the fluid, feminine movement that lies at the heart of Kizomba and Semba.

Rooted in the rhythms of Angola, Kizomba is a partner dance that emphasizes musicality, connection, and presence. This series offers a safe and supportive space for women to deepen their movement, develop their personal style, and gain tools to feel more grounded and expressive on the dance floor.

Ginga is for everybody! Because when we say Ginga is for every Body, we truly mean every beautiful body.

Whether you’re new to Kizomba or looking to refine your styling, this series is crafted to help you feel empowered, graceful, and connected to your body.

Over the course of four weeks, we’ll focus on:

• Musicality and how to embody the rhythm in basic Kizomba steps
• Foundational body movement and the development of your personal Ginga
• Body isolations and weekly take-home exercises for continued growth
• Techniques to become a more confident and active follower in social dance

No partner or prior experience required. All levels are welcome.

About Kimberly Nicole
Kimberly Nicole is an international Kizomba and Semba dancer, instructor, and movement coach known for her dynamic presence and deep connection to the music and culture. With a style that blends grace, confidence, and authenticity, Kimberly brings a fresh and empowering approach to sensual body movement, especially through her specialty in Ginga, Tarraxinha, and Kizomba body styling.

She has taught at premier Kizomba and Latin dance festivals around the world, including stops in Amsterdam, Lisbon, New York City, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Seattle, San Francisco, Detroit, Charlotte, Houston, and Toronto, among others. Her workshops are celebrated for being accessible, joyful, and deeply rooted in technique and expression—creating an inclusive space for dancers of all levels to feel confident and connected in their movement.
