perfectionism can push us to work harder and aim higher. yet, it can also trap us in cycles of self-criticism, avoidance, and never feeling ‘enough’ in the endless pursuit of more-more-more or better-better-better.

in this sharing salon picnic, we’ll open up space to talk candidly about perfectionism: how it shows up in our lives, what it costs us, and how we might soften its grip.

whether you’ve thought deeply about this topic before, or not at all, we invite you to come hang out, share, and listen!

**⚙️ how it works**
for the sharing, we’ll first break into small groups and follow some questions around the topic that we’ve thoughtfully curated. however, you’ll be free to share anything on your mind related to the topic. at the end of the event, everyone will get the chance to share to the whole group.
