This gathering is a 6 session meetup series. It is part of our “circles” project, in which we organize small, high-commitment, volunteer-led groups that gather 4-8 weeks in a row around specific themes.
👬 How to Be Friends (As Adults) 👬
Many of us were never really taught how to be friends as adults.
We talk endlessly about romantic relationships - green flags, red flags, attachment styles, communication tools but when it comes to friendships, we mostly just hope they work out. And yet, we (or maybe some of us) blame ourselves if we find something missing in our social lives.
This can feel even harder when we don’t live where we grew up. Some of us also move cities or countries, change jobs, or go through big life shifts and have to rebuild our social world from scratch.
Inspired by Michelle Elman’s Bad Friend, this circle would be a space to gently explore what more conscious, honest, and nourishing friendships could look like in adulthood and what we might need, in terms of language, boundaries, and intention to create and sustain them.
The idea is not to be/find a “perfect” friend, but to build a personal framework through games, discussions and activities, than can help us navigate our friendships going forward.
📅 This circle meet every Sunday 14.00 - 16.00 for 6 weeks, starting March 15th
🔥 Signup closes March 2nd.

⭕ About Circles
Circles are small, volunteer-led, high-commitment groups that gather 4-8 weeks in a row around specific themes. With circles, we bring the best parts of college life to adulthood. Much like university clubs, circles allow you to dive into shared interests in unique topics and activities that otherwise lack a space to be explored in our lives. You can read more about the circles project, and see all circles we are hosting this round, on this page.
