Ladies Photography Practice Meetup (Beginner + Expert)

Looking for a friendly space to practice photography and connect with other creative women in Kuala Lumpur?

Join our Ladies Photography Practice Meetup, a relaxed and supportive session where beginner and experienced female photographers come together to learn, practice, and share ideas. This meetup is designed to create a comfortable environment where women can explore photography, build confidence behind the camera, and meet new creative friends.
Whether you use a professional camera, mirrorless camera, or just your smartphone, you are welcome to join. The focus is on practice, collaboration, and creativity, not perfection.

During the session, both beginners and experienced photographers will introduce themselves and share their interests in photography. Experienced participants are welcome to share their experience, tips, and guidance with beginners, creating a supportive environment where everyone can learn from each other.

Participants will also:

• Practice simple portrait photography in a studio setting
• Explore basic lighting and posing techniques
• Share ideas, creative inspiration, and experiences
• Take turns modeling so everyone has a chance to practice shooting portraits

There is no formal instructor. This is a community learning meetup, where beginners and experienced photographers support and learn from each other.

Experienced photographers are especially encouraged to join and share helpful tips, creative techniques, and guidance with beginners who want to improve their skills.
The goal of this meetup is simple: practice photography, build confidence, and create a welcoming community of women who enjoy creativity and connection.
