Hi, we are a millennial (by now middle-aged) group that does hiking and other activities around Kuala Lumpur. Usually, this age range also has accumulated a lot of injuries by now 🤣, so we take that into account. We go slow, we rest if needed, and we wait for everyone in the group. No one gets left behind.
