The Mission
Modern city life is fast, overstimulating, and constantly demanding our attention. This weekly walk/ruck is designed to slow things down through movement, conversation, and nervous system recovery.

While intense workouts get most of the attention, Zone 2 movement is one of the most sustainable ways to build energy, resilience, mental clarity, and long-term health.

This is not a race.
This is not hardcore fitness.

This is a relaxed Friday night movement social focused on:
• calm energy
• mental wellbeing
• healthy lifestyle culture
• real human connection

What to Expect
7:30pm casual gathering & intro
7:40pm walk/ruck begins (1 hour)
• conversational Zone 2 pace
• self-paced movement around KLCC Park
• 8:40pm regroup at starting point (optional social/sharing session)

You are free to:
• walk faster or slower
• rotate conversations naturally
• quietly enjoy the walk
• ruck with weighted backpack if preferred

There is no pressure to socialize.

The goal is simple:
Move, breathe, reset, and reconnect.

Zone 2 is a comfortable brisk walking pace where you can still hold a full conversation.
