The Family Loop Trail is located between Great Meadow Snow Park and Lake of the Woods. It is about 2 miles long and traverses a lovely forest of big trees. The trail is open to hikers, runners and bikers in the summer and skiiers and snowshoers in the winter.

During this event we will prune back brush growing into the trail, cut out a few fallen trees, rake and remove winter debris from the trail and maintain the interpretive and trail signs.

No experience is necessary and participants should be in good physical condition for the work. We will be using some power equipment, loppers, hand saws and rakes. We will provide tools and safety gear.

PLEASE WEAR: Long pants, long sleeve shirt and sturdy footwear.
PLEASE BRING: Day pack, gloves, water and lunch/snacks.
OPTIONAL: Standard (no E-Bikes) Bicycle may be used to travel the trail rather than walking.
MEET: 9am at the Great Meadow Snow Park https://maps.app.goo.gl/jXeF3TPdoEEbytac8
