🆕 FOR FIRST-TIME GYM VISITORS:

• Then watch the introductory video

⏰ TIMING:

• 2:30 PM – Arrive, warm up, start climbing
• 4:00 PM – Intro session for newbies (please be on time!)
• 6:30 PM – Group photo, dinner location announced, carpool arranged
• 7:00 PM – Dinner & board games (optional)

🧳 WHAT TO BRING:

• Sportswear (comfortable, flexible)
• Socks (for rental shoes)
• Water & light snacks
• Change of clothes (shower available)
