🎊 Fiesta 5º Aniversario KLEFF [Día de juegos]

¡Bienvenidos y bienvenidas a la 🎊 Fiesta 5º Aniversario KLEFF!

Nos hace mucha ilusión celebrar con todos los #kleffers nuestro 5º aniversario, por este motivo celebramos un evento de 9 horas con una comida de hermandad al mediodía. Será un evento genial para conocer a otras personas, conectar y crear comunidad :-)

¿Cuándo? Domingo 25 de mayo, a partir de las 9:30h y acabará sobre las 18h. Imprescindible estar apuntado en este formulario.
¿Dónde? L' Estació - Espai Gastronòmic, Av. del Marquès de l'Argentera, 6, 08002 Barcelona
¿Hay premios? ¡Sí!
¿Precio? Para participar es necesario adquirir un ticket de 20€ (gastos de gestión de la plataforma no incluidos) que incluye desayuno y comida de hermandad en formato menú (entrante, plato principal, postre y bebida incluidos). Opción sin gluten o vegana disponible. Alternativamente puedes adquirir un ticket de sólo 7€ para disfrutar del día con un desayuno y sin compromiso a menú de mediodía (este importe se canjeará si finalmente te quedas a comer).

El objetivo del evento es pasar un buen rato descubriendo juegos nuevos y haciendo nuevas amistades. Si se detectan comportamientos inadecuados durante el transcurso de la actividad, el equipo organizativo se reserva el derecho a excluir a dichas personas. ¿Qué haremos?

Durante el transcurso del evento se realizarán fotografías y vídeos que podrían ser publicadas en la página web o redes sociales de KLEFF (Instagram: [@kleff.bcn](https://www.instagram.com/kleff.bcn/)) y de las entidades colaboradoras. Si no deseas salir, rogamos nos lo confirmes para no tomar imágenes de tu persona.

Rellenando este formulario te comprometes en asistir al evento y ser puntual. Si no puedes venir, debes avisar con una antelación mínima de 24h.

Welcome to 🎊 5th Anniversary Party KLEFF!

We are very excited to celebrate with all #kleffers our 5th anniversary, for this reason we are celebrating a 9 hours event with a brotherhood lunch at noon. It will be a great event to meet others, connect and build community :-)

When? Sunday, May 25, starting at 9:30h and ending around 18h. You must be registered in this form.

Are there prizes? Yes!
Price? To participate it is necessary to purchase a 20€ ticket (platform management costs not included) that includes a breakfast and a brotherhood meal in menu format (starter, main course, dessert and drink included). Gluten free or vegan option available.

Alternatively you can purchase a ticket for only 7€ to enjoy the day with breakfast and no lunch menu commitment (this amount will be redeemed if you finally stay for lunch).

The aim of the event is to have a good time discovering new games and making new friends. If inappropriate behavior is detected during the course of the activity, the organizing team reserves the right to exclude such persons. What are we going to do?

If you do not wish to go out, please confirm it to us so that we do not take pictures of you.

By filling out this form you commit yourself to attend the event and be punctual. If you cannot come, you must give us at least 24 hours notice.
