Bukit Broga (new trail) - IBP 51

This is a hike for which a Forestry permit has to be paid. We will accept payments until 06/04/2022 - 11:59pm. If you click 'Attending' but haven't paid the fee, we will have to revert your status to 'Not Attending'.

Broga Hill does not need any introduction. The hike to this famous hill near Semenyih attracts many enthusiasts each weekend. This time we will hike the 'new trail', not the trail which starts from the oil palm plantation, so pay attention to the given coordinates of the meet-up place.

Whether you want to hike to Broga Hill, Tok Wan or Puncak 18, we meet and start at the same place.

Unlike most mountains in Malaysia, Broga Hill offers a spectacular view of the surroundings at the summit.

The total distance will be around four kilometres, but do not underestimate this hike. There is no option to take any shortcuts, but we follow the same way up and down, so you can return at any time or place you like.

Carpooling is highly recommended as there is not much space at the trailhead to park cars.

For those who are interested in a much more challenging hike, do not RSVP for this event, but rather the Gunung Tok Wan or Puncak 18 event.
