The 3D/2N hike Chemerong/Berembun/Langsir in Terengganu, better known as CBL is one of the most beautiful hikes on the peninsula.
Many visitors hike the relatively short distance to Chemerong waterfall, allegedly one of the highest waterfalls in Malaysia, but for this event we embark on a hiking trip to two other destinations in the vicinity, Gunung Berembun and Langsir Waterfall.
This event is all about the journey, not the destination. There is so much beauty to be experienced in this part of the country...! This is the ideal place to enjoy the rich biodiversity of the rainforest and the crystal clear water of the streams flowing through it.
Don't underestimate the difficulty level of the hike, especially if you haven't participated for a multiple day hike before. There are some fierce ascents and descents along the way.
Although this hike can be done in a 2D/1N concept, we have opted for the 3D/2N formula in order to give all participants the chance to hike at a more relaxing pace and to enjoy the several pools and cascades to the fullest.
