We're excited to announce that Flux, our Kubernetes GitOps operator, has been accepted as a Sandbox project by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF)!
In this special edition Weave Online User Group session we'll give you the background on Flux, what it is and why we built it, provide a short demo, discuss the roadmap, answer your questions, and share how you can contribute to the project.

Bio: Hidde is a software engineer at Weaveworks. He was a regular contributor to Flux and now works full time on Flux as a member of the Weaveworks team.

Bio: Daniel is a Community Manager on the Developer Experience Team at Weaveworks. Daniel is based in Berlin and is also a developer advocate for Weave Cloud and for the Weaveworks' OSS projects: Flux, Scope, Cortex and Net.

Bio: Tamao is passionate about Developer Experience and co-organizes devxcon.com. She has over 20 years of DevEx, ecosystem alliances, and event experience, including as Director of Developer Relations at New Relic, running open source community programs at VMware and Pivotal for Cloud Foundry, Spring, Hadoop, RabbitMQ, and Redis, and helping customers with Oracle virtualization at VMware.
