This is a Mini-Workshop consisting of Various Chakra Point Balancing with different Methods. (A full three hours workshop), an In-depth Study with Practicals.

-Chakra Balancing with Vowel Sounds
-Balancing of Yin and Yang
-Detailed information about Nadi and Nadi Suddhi Pranayam

A lot of Hands-on Experience,
You may come in a Yoga outfit and also bring your yoga Mat and water bottle.

As you will need to take off your shoes, please bring slippers or socks.
