Come and enjoy an outdoor and evening practice of light Yoga.
Starting with a body stretch to simple poses and finishing with a savasana.
Yoga (Yin) activates the parasympathetic nervous system allowing for restoration and healing to occur reducing stress and anxiety.
It boosts flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.
-Looking at the beautiful blue sky, feels the connection to the mother earth.
-Smelling the beautiful fragrance of the surroundings, flowers, and the smell of the earth.
-Listening to the singing of the birds and the calming sound of running a water fountain.
You can certainly give donation that will be used to purchase more yoga blocks that can be used by participants.
Bring your Yoga Mat and a water bottle. (and block if you have one)
