All meditations have the function to make and keep our mind peaceful. What might stops us from being peaceful? The inner problems of stress, worry, anxiety, pushing ourselves sometimes beyond what we can manage.

Meditation will help us gain control over our mind and find our inner joy and happiness and it will make our challenges in our daily life easier to deal with.

In these sessions you will learn:

  • How to start to meditatie and use that experience in daily life
  • How to connect you to your inner peace through meditation
  • How to start feeling more relaxed and content throughout your day
