Join our Thursday classes to learn step by step how to transform our mind from its present confused, self-centered state into the sublime attitude of an altruistic way of life. Shattering all feelings of loneliness and alienation, we will learn through the ancient Buddhist wisdom of love and compassion how to create happiness and increase kindness in our world, and in this way discover the boundless joy that comes from cherishing others!
These classes are based on the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, internationally renowned meditation master and the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. You can get your free download here
Each class includes a simple breathing meditation, a practical teaching and a concluding meditation followed by some discussion. After the class everyone is welcome to stay for light refreshments and to talk to the teacher and ask questions
