A focused training where each session explores one core concept about the mind, self, or life.
For 15–20 minutes, we dive into ONE concept, unpack it simply, and see how it shows up in real life. Then, you get 20 minutes of guided reflection questions from Coach Aysha and self-work to experience it personally and apply it.
