Coffee Social to Discuss Growth, Fears & Life Improvement, Whilst Making Friends

Hello Everyone,

Some of you will have met us online—well now’s your chance to come and meet us in person!

We’re going to be holding a series of these relaxed coffee socials (and don’t worry if you don’t like coffee—Meredith doesn’t either!).

These meetups are part of our Dianetics Café series, where we explore topics around the mind, mental health, anxiety, and personal development—drawing inspiration from Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health and related books.

Each meetup will have a short talk from one of our life coaches on a popular topic—things like managing social fears, building confidence, or understanding how the mind works.

After the talk, we’ll open the floor for a friendly, no-pressure discussion, followed by plenty of time to network, chat, and get to know one another.

Don’t worry if you’re shy—some of us are too! This will be a safe and welcoming space where everyone is included and made to feel comfortable.

There’s absolutely no pressure to speak unless you want to.

We were recently reminded of the phrase, “a problem shared is a problem halved,” and this is your opportunity to share if you feel like it—or simply listen and connect with others who are also looking to improve their lives and mental well-being.

As life coaches, we help people overcome anxiety, stress, and self-doubt, and we’ll be there to support you throughout the meet up.

Whether you’re just curious or already on a personal growth journey, you’ll be in good company.
