Knowing what you are worth is integral to how you will put your best foot forward when negotiating.

This workshop will teach you how to recognise your self worth, how to use your skills and provide techniques to help you negotiation what you desire.
Both Cilla and I have years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialists, we’ve both run our own businesses and know what it takes to negotiate your best.
I’ve also taught yoga for over ten years and will provide some transformative techniques that will clear through the fear and self doubt and have you ready to go.

Adette Kagan:
With years of in-depth experience in Talent Acquisition Services, both in-house for large Corporates and as a supplier, Adette has extensive experience in all aspects of talent management and recruitment strategy. She has led large recruitment projects across APAC for global organisations including start ups who are extending their services and she has sourced and on-boarded their staff.
Through her experience interviewing thousands of candidates and her sharp intuition for success, she understands how important self worth is when negotiating.
Through her years of experience as a Kundalini Yoga teacher she also understands the importance of clearing through heavy energy such as fear and self doubt with tools such as breathwork and meditation to maintain a clear focus and energetic flow.
Utilising her unique experience that she has gained from both recruitment and yoga she is in a unique position to be able to guide you on how to develop your own self worth to negotiate the best outcomes for you.

‘Cilla has made a career in recruitment, assisting organisations both big and small with the hiring of best-in-market-talent! Whilst studying her master’s degree majoring in Psychology, ‘Cilla volunteered as a Lifeline Telephone Counsellor and then worked abroad in the US, Asia, and the UK for years before returning home to continuing to manage staffing agencies with a global reach. More recently, ‘Cilla cofounded Mayvun Arc, a boutique business that consults to and hires for tech-savvy firms who like the red-carpet treatment. In her spare time, ‘Cilla runs for fun, cheers on her football obsessed family, and loves a chat and a cheeseboard!
