How to Ditch The New Year Resolutions For A Better 2024

Are you fed up of New Year Resolutions that you just don't stick to? Are you likely to find yourself in February beating yourself up for yet another failed plan?

Learn how to say no to New Year resolutions, 30 Day challenges and Dry January... and start 2024 with fresh motivation and stronger intentions!

We're going to run a warm and friendly workshop where we look at what we really want, what's important to us, what's getting in the way and how we're going to get there.

What you need to know:
1. Meet upstairs in the Pitcher & Piano
2. Starting promptly at 18:30, so please arrive ten minutes earlier.
3. The workshop will last 1 hour.
4. There won't be an Introduce Yourself Circle
5. You won't be expect to talk, but please do engage with any exercises
6. It is introvert friendly!

Trigger Warning:
Whenever we are looking at learning more about ourselves and asking awkward questions, there is a risk that it is going to bring up things that feel triggering. Please take care to keep yourself safe. A group environment is not suitable for tackling deep level emotional issues - save those for your therapy sessions.

Social Time:
After the workshop, we will be switching to a social event with the intention of meeting new people and making new friends. If this isn't your thing, please feel free to leave - there won't be any judgment. I've run a lot of these social events and they are a fantastic way to meet new people in the city.
