Watch, Discuss, Socialize! - How to Think Logically, Not Emotionally

Details

Welcome to all new members and interested thinkers! Have you ever admired logical thinkers, or are you working on improving your logical thinking? If so, this next meeting will offer an opportunity to explore logical thinking with others who share your interest. Thinking logically in high-pressure situations can help us view challenges as opportunities and make decisions that benefit ourselves and others.

In this meeting, we will watch a short 10-minute video titled "How To Think Logically, Not Emotionally | 15 Simple Solutions" created by trained, licensed health professionals. We’ll discuss each point together. The 15 solutions are:

  • Question Things
  • Pick Up New Skills
  • Visualize Outcomes
  • Don’t Take Things Personally
  • Socialize
  • Practice Creative Hobbies
  • Give Your Brain a Workout
  • Avoid Superstitious Thought Patterns
  • Improve Your Sleep Schedule
  • Spend Time in Nature
  • Mind Your Diet
  • Take Breaks
  • Monitor Your Emotions
  • Try a New Routine
  • Practice Logical Games

Together, we will discuss each solution, sharing our thoughts and experiences. Join us as we explore ways to improve our logical thinking! You can RSVP [here] and join the meeting [here]. Please bring something to take notes with. We look forward to exploring this topic together soon!
