One information management system for compliance, governance and findability

Details

In this talk, Sean Wilson will introduce SimSage, an intelligent information management platform, designed to increase productivity by reducing the time spent finding, organising and processing data.

To use SimSage, there is no requirement to move or centralise data between existing systems within a business (or between businesses that share information). SimSage can quickly connect to all information systems within any business, including Sharepoint, Google Drive, Dropbox and Microsoft 365, iManage, NetDocuments and many more, and from there, index an organisation's entire data asset estate.

Use cases include lawyers who are using SimSage to streamline early case assessment by finding, filtering, de-duplicating and exporting responsive documents in discovery, all from within the same platform.

Companies that experience a data breach can benefit from SimSage's ability to find documents containing specific types of data, like credit card, bank account, social security, or NHI numbers, to rapidly establish exactly what information has been compromised and report the breach quickly, which can reduce regulator fines.
