What can ‘messing about in boats’ teach us about leadership and communication? All aboard, and anchors away.

In this session Professor Paul Willis will align his professional research with his passion for all things nautical, starting with the sailor’s obsession with the weather! Leadership and communication are key in managing successful teams and captaining an effective crew. When not at work Paul spends his spare time afloat sailing a variety of boats around the globe from cruising the West coast of Scotland to racing high performance dinghies at World, European and area championships.
