Craft beer has injected life into a stagnant market and given drinkers a reason to find new ways of socialising around beer experiences in breweries, tap rooms, bottle shops and a new wave of craft focussed bars and pubs. In this session with David Colley (Marketing Lecturer), we will explore the culture of enterprise and creativity that has seen the phenomenal rise of an independent and authentic ‘craft’ culture. How does this fit with the wider growth in ‘craft’ industries and what is the key to authenticity for these SME businesses?
