We all enjoy a little office banter but at what point has it just gone too far? Are we as objective, fair-minded and pragmatic as we think?

In this interactive session, Dr Frances McGregor will help us consider bullying from the perspective of the bullied and the bullies. Identifying what might be regarded as bullying behaviour, how to spot it and then implement strategies and resolutions that are fair to all.
