Practically Speaking, Does Professional Certification in Knowledge Management Really Exist…Yet?
“Certification” in Knowledge Management is being offered in many forms and by many vendors. But what is this really and how do you know if “this” will be of value to you? We will discuss “training vs. certification vs. value.”
