What we’re about
Group Goal:
To reduce social isolation and forge new friendships (and loving rivalries) through the medium of board games, card games, and pen and paper games.
Who are you hoping to meet?
While we are based in Prescot / Knowsley (thus the name), anyone who can make it here is welcome to attend. Pretty much the only rule is "don't be a massive dick".
It is intended for adults, particularly those struggling with social isolation, but well behaved children can attend if accompanied by an adult.
Come play some of our games (our collection is getting pretty good), bring your own, or just come to watch/do a puzzle and have tea and biscuits.
What will you do at your events?
Some of us play board games. Some of us play MTG Commander. Some of us play TTRPGS (Pathfinder 2e / D&D 5e). There's also an air hockey/table tennis/pool table to use.
Basically, we have fun.
