Sunset Prayer and Meditation for the World

Welcoming people from any spiritual tradition or secular background who would like to gather together in prayer, meditation, or simply positive thinking and intention, on behalf of the global warfare taking place and the strife in our own communities!

Welcome to bring a physical source of light (candle, flashlight, etc.) to turn on around sunset 7:15pm. Also welcome to bring your prayer and meditation support items such as rosaries, tasbih, mala, meditation cushions, prayer rugs, and so on. We will be sitting or standing at the amphitheater at Orchard City Green Park in Campbell.

At 7:15pm, medjool dates and water will be provided for anyone interested in taking some nourishment (traditionally used to break the Ramadan fast in Islam). We will continue our prayer and meditation time until around 7:30pm. Folks are welcome to stay after for dinner at The Good Salad in downtown Campbell (meat there is halal).
