Knox Liberty Organization: Dinner with Rep. Monty Fritts
Bearden Banquet Hall, 5806 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN, USHere are the details for the 5th Bill of Rights Dinner, featuring keynote speaker State Representative Monty Fritts:
Date: Thursday, December 18
Time: Doors open 5:30 p.m. | Dinner 7:00 p.m.
Location: Bearden Banquet Hall, 5806 Kingston Pike, Knoxville
All proceeds benefit conservative Republican candidates and conservative organizing through the Knox Liberty Organization PAC (KLO).
For those who may not know—what is KLO all about?
Founded in 2019, KLO exists to elect conservative candidates, organize grassroots conservatives, and support conservative policy. The Bill of Rights Dinner began in 2020 to fund these efforts, with past keynote speakers including Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs (2020), Mises Institute President Jeff Deist (2021), Dr. James Lindsay (2022), and Congressman Tim Burchett (2023).
Over the past three years, KLO has built the Knox County Conservative Republicans network—groups that meet to organize, knock doors, contact friends and family, distribute yard signs, text and phone-bank voters, monitor government meetings, have campaign training classes, and maintain a online presence at https://kccrtn.org and on Meetup.
Real results we’ve delivered together:
2020-2025: Support civil asset forfeiture reforms.
2021 Tax-Cap Petition: Identified 4,000 Knoxville residents fed up with high taxes 2022: Election of State Representative Elaine Davis and County Commissioner Rhonda Lee.
2023–2024: Helped pass Rep. Elaine Davis’s bill and defeat the rigged at-large voting system referendum, finally giving district voters the final say.
In 2024, we’ve proudly backed winners like Rep. Elaine Davis, County Commissioners Andy Fox and Angela Russell, and Farragut Alderman Alex Cain.
2025: Crushed the proposed Knoxville sales-tax increase and elected the first conservative to City Council in over a decade—the first Republican pickup against a Democrat held seat in Knox County since 2018.
As anyone who has been involved knows, organizing and campaigns are not cheap—data, door knockers, mailers, contacting voters, and signs add up fast. KLO keeps the conservative machine running.
