In this session, you'll learn all about the process in Tennessee and some of the ways to address hurdles that are common when dealing with investment properties from an attorney who has been working statewide for over a decade, helping investors get deals done.

About our speaker:

Benton Smith is one of the attorney/owners of Pillar Title and Escrow, LLC and Woods and Smith, PLLC. Mr. Smith grew up in Knoxville, TN, attending Christian Academy of Knoxville. He moved to Nashville where he graduated with a BA in Political Science from Lipscomb University and earned his JD from Belmont University. He currently resides in Nashville with his wife, Lindsey, and son, Jackson.

Serving all of Tennessee, Mr. Smith has 11 years of experience in real estate transactions. He prides himself on his well-versed knowledge of real estate transactions, and he puts that knowledge to use by helping investors create creative deals
