On the Third Thursday of each month @6PM at the Holiday Inn Cedar Bluff, join us as we host local investors of all experience levels from all walks of life and build your network!

We bring in National and local industry experts with backgrounds in every form of real estate investing from across the country to share their knowledge and experience with our members and guests.

Knox REIA is the local Chapter of National REIA, and at every meeting you will leave with information, connections, and motivation to do more and take your investing to the next level.

You can attend your first TWO meetings for free to try us out, and after that you either pay a door fee of $30 per meeting you attend or purchase a membership that includes attendance to all our meetings and a discount special events and classes as well as special programs - including discounts and rebates - from our network of national vendor partners like The Home Depot, Equity Trust Company, DealMachine, RentPerfect and more.

In real estate, "your network is your net worth", and it's more about who knows YOU than who you know.

Light refreshments will be provided at the meeting, adult beverages and meals are available to be purchased at the Hotel Bar.

Speakers begin at 6:30 and we provide networking opportunities before and a "meet the speaker" and networking time after.
