One I’ve recently found and not sure what to expect. 3.4 miles R/T with only 521 ft. elevation gain. Should take 1.5-2 hrs. Read that it is a moderately easy forest hike with typical rocks and roots leading to the cave. Different accounts on the cave itself, one said you can basically walk right in and another said you have to crawl. I’m not planning on doings anything crazy, but if it’s easy to get into and look around that’s my plan. Also parking may be sparse, but not anticipated that this trail will be busy, especially now. Choosing to do this now as other reviews say the trail can get narrow with over growth and poison ivy. Weather of course TBD, I usually go as long as it’s not raining. If you join me dress and pack appropriately, bring a headlamp or flashlight just in case and plan to get at least a bit dirty. Guests always welcome. Please cancel RSVP’s if you decide not to go so I’m not expecting and left waiting.
We can stop by Ozone falls on the way back if you haven’t been and would like to since we will be close .

About an hour west of Knoxville, near crab orchard. Trail is 3.4 miles on Hwy. 68 off the interstat. Take Cox Valley Rd. Right off the interstate, follow to Hwy 68 and take a left. Trail should be on the right side of the road. Will do my best with the location tab on here but those can be tricky. Easy to find via the AllTrails App. I’m happy to meet right off the interstate if you like.
