Want to know more about driving electric? Have any questions about plug-in electric vehicles? Would you like to test drive an EV and see what all the excitement is about? Come join our monthly meeting of local EV drivers. We are the local chapter of the Electric Auto Association. Which means we are a non-profit with the sole purpose of educating the public on the benefits of driving electric. We have guess speakers and talk about a wide range of EV topics, including solar, home battery storage, and gas car conversions to electric. We are looking to grow the amount of EV drivers here in Knoxville and East TN. We look forward to meeting you! Hey everyone,
We will be meeting next Saturday 13th at 11am to discuss and finalize our plans for our biggest event of the year, and the largest in the southeast, the Knoxville Drive Electric Festival being held on September 27th, 2025. If you haven't yet signed up for the event please do so by following the link in the agenda. We will have posters ready to hand out at the meeting for you to share around town, at work, or local gym etc. The event is up on our Facebook group please share this event to your friends and other groups. We need some volunteers to help set up on Friday before and take down after the event. Remember the tax credit ends September 30th so now's the best time to get some great deals on an EV. You can take delivery after the 30th as long as you paid for or are under contract to pay for the vehicle before the 30th.Meeting Agenda
