Want to know more about driving electric? Have any questions about plug-in electric vehicles? Would you like to test drive an EV and see what all the excitement is about? Come join our monthly meeting of local EV drivers. We are the local chapter of the Electric Auto Association. Which means we are a non-profit with the sole purpose of educating the public on the benefits of driving electric. We have guess speakers and talk about a wide range of EV topics, including solar, home battery storage, and gas car conversions to electric. We are looking to grow the amount of EV drivers here in Knoxville and East TN. We look forward to meeting you! 6th Annual EVs in the Smokies

Come see the latest in electric vehicles (EVs), get answers to your questions from people who own them, and if you want, ride in or drive an EV (or more than one). We will be hosting the 6th annual EVs in the Smokies in the city of Townsend, TN, which is located in the gorgeous foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you are interested in seeing a bunch of different EV models in one place this is a great opportunity. Last year we had over 40 different EVs including bicycles and electric motorcycles. Some of the latest EV models will be available for test drive so you can experience the instant torque and one-pedal driving that has won over so many drivers. Owners will be showing off their EVs and answering any of your burning questions.
Come learn about the flood of 2 to 3 year old cheaper used EV that will be hitting the market now.
Come see and try out new models like the VW ID Buzz, Cadillac Optiq and Vistiq, Kia EV9 and Hyundai Ioniq 9.

This will be a family fun hangout EVent. Feel free to bring your kids and pets. We plan to have plenty of outdoor games such as corn hole, frisbee, and Kanjam. We will be in the big lot in front of Peaceful Side Social which has multiple food options as well as a brewery, and an ice creamery. They also have a small playground area for the kids.
Already own an EV? Come on out and join us, show off your EV, make new friends, and have a fun time hanging out with us. We want to have as many EVs as possible to show all the different models and styles.
