DETAILS OF EVENT:

We are thrilled to announce our special guest speaker for the Tennessee RPA User Group Inaugural Event. Chad Luttrell is the VP-CIO at American Physician Partners (APP) who has implemented a successful RPA solution in APP’s revenue-cycle management (RCM) division. Chad has also leveraged RPA to solve several internal processes that were manual, error prone, and repetitive with data entry and report processing. Chad is excited to share his lessons-learned (the good, the bad, and the ugly) with APP’s RPA development and implementations and share strategies as his team continues to mine more processes for opportunities across the organization.
