Looking to connect with like-minded individuals? Come to our free weekly meditation class every Wednesday at the Samui International Meditation Center.
Led by a Buddhist monk, this session welcomes people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Together, we鈥檒l meditate and share meaningful conversations in a supportive environment.
馃晿 When: Arrive by 9:45 AM to prepare for a 10:00 AM start. The session includes 45 minutes of meditation and a short discussion and sharing.
