Details

Frequency: I expect to do it 2 times a week, or 1 per week depends on availability.
Gear: I haven’t bought a yoga mat here, but I think we can do it on the beach, so it can be more handy. Unless you have one, it might be better to bring it yourself. Better to wear proper loose or elastic clothes for practicing yoga.
Agenda: it will be usual beginning and then warm up, some stretching, cooling down, and 5-10 minutes mediation at the end. 5-10 minutes discussion or sharing.
