① 11:00 レベル別に着席
（初心者の方はスタッフが同席しますので、安心してご参加ください）
② 11:30 グループチェンジ
③ 12:00 グループチェンジ

✅ 受付について
開始：10:45〜（10:45まではお店に入れませんのでご注意ください）
場所：喫茶店の外

• Meetupに登録したお名前をお伝えください
• 名札にお名前をご記入ください
• 参加費500円をお支払いください
• その後、席札をお渡ししますので、入店時に店員さんに席札を提示してご着席ください。

☕ 飲み物の注文について

• 着席後、店員さんにお飲み物をご注文ください
• お支払いは、ドリンクを受け取る際に店員さんへ直接お支払いください

🗣️ 英会話スタート

• 英会話は11:00頃からスタートします
• 開始まで、ぜひまわりの方と自由にお話しをお楽しみください

🍽️ ランチ会について

• 英会話終了後のランチ会に参加希望の方は、12:00までにスタッフへお知らせください。
• 席の確保など準備をさせていただきます。

🌸 How Mirimomo English Works 🌸
🕚 1. Sit at your level table (11:00 AM)
If you’re a beginner, please let us know!
A staff member will join your table and support you.
🔄 2. Change groups (11:30 AM)
🔄 3. Change groups again (noon)

✅ Check-in starts at 10:45 AM

• Please do not enter the café before 10:45.
• The check-in counter is outside the café.
• Tell us the name you used to register for the Meetup.
• Write your name on a name tag and pay the ¥500 participation fee.

✅ Conversations begin at 11:00 AM

☕ About drinks

• After you sit at a table, please order a drink from the café staff.
• You can pay for your drink directly to the barista or waiter when it arrives.

🍽️ Optional Lunch
If you want to join us for lunch after the English session, please let a staff member know by 12:00 PM.
