🧠 本当に「良い人生」とは、どんな人生でしょうか？
幸せを追い求めること？
社会に貢献すること？
自分の人生の目的を見つけること？
それとも、まったく別の何かでしょうか？
今回、IQ Cafeではこの古くからの問いに取り組みます。
この問いは、哲学や宗教、そして世界中の人々の生き方を形づくってきました。
当日は、次のような問いについて一緒に考えていきます：
✨ 「良い人生」とは、自分の満足のため？それとも社会への貢献のため？
✨ 文化や年齢、価値観は「良さ」の基準にどう影響するのか？
✨ 「良い」とは、そもそもどういう意味なのか？
日本語でも英語でも参加OK！
どなたでも大歓迎です！

18:00-18:15 ：飲み物を飲んだりおやつを食べてながらトピックについてのバイリンガルスピーチを聞くこと
18:15-19:00 ：テーブルでのディスカッション
IQカフェとは？
IQカフェは物事を深く考える場所を提供することを目標としています。
多くの人が自分の人生で何が大切かを考える事なく生きていることは、残念な事です。流れに乗って、なんとなく日々を過ごして生きることは難しくないでしょう。でも、人生における難しい問いに時間を取り、考えることはとても大切です。
IQ Cafeのプレゼンテーションは、日本語と英語の両方で行います。さまざまな視点や考え方に触れ、お互いに学び合える場にしたいと考えているからです。
ディスカッションの時間には、日本語テーブルと英語テーブルをご用意します。ぜひ、お互いの考えを分かち合いながら、一緒に言語も練習しましょう！

This time at IQ Cafe, we’re diving into this age old question, a question that has shaped philosophy, religion, and human experience across cultures and centuries.
We will have space to discuss questions like:
✨ Is a good life about personal satisfaction or social impact?
✨ How do culture, age, and values shape our idea of “good”?
✨ What does "good" mean?
All are welcome — English and Japanese speakers alike!
🕒 Schedule:
18:00-18:15 - Listen to a bilingual lecture on the night's topic while enjoying snacks and drinks
18:15-19:00 - Discussion in small groups
Afterwards - Stick around and hang out with new friends!
What is IQ Cafe?
IQ Cafe is a space for you to think deeply.
We think it's a shame how many people go through life without reflecting on things that matter. It can be easy to live your life and just go through the motions. It’s important to take the time to think about the difficult questions in life.
The presentations at IQ Cafe are always bilingual because we want to foster an environment that encourages the exchange of a variety of perspectives! For the discussion time, there will be tables for both Japanese and English speakers. Let's use this time to share out points of view and practice language together!
