・JR三ノ宮駅中央改札のみどりの窓口で集合
Meet up at ticket office in front of the central gate at Sannomiya station.
・If you are late, meet us directly at the east park 東遊園地. And then please contact the organizer.
遅れた場合は直接東遊園地に合流してください。
そして主催者に連絡してください。

当日荒天の場合はこのイベントはキャンセルします。In the case of bad weather, We may cancel the event.

遅れて来られる方、待ちません。
キャンセルをする場合は必ず前日の21:00までにお願いします。We won't wait for late comers. If you would like to cancel your participation please let us know by 9pm the day before.
尚、以下に当てはまる場合はグループを強制的に退会となります。You will be forced to leave the group if you do any of the following:

1. "参加する"としているのに当日現れない。You don't appear on the day of the event even though you have registered to participate.
2. 当日キャンセルを繰り返す。
   上記の行為は他の参加者にも迷惑がかかります。参加が難しい場合は早めのキャンセルをお願いします。
   You repeatedly cancel your participation on the day itself. This causes inconvenience to the organizers and the participants. We would appreciate if you would inform us as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel.
3. ネットワークビジネス、マルチ商法、宗教、保険、同業者による勧誘など、他の参加者に対する一切の勧誘行為が確認、報告された場合。If any solicitation activities towards other participants, such as networking business, multi-level marketing, religion, insurance, or solicitation are reported.
