🎾 *Recommended for:
*Those who are beginners to intermediate level in pickleball
*Those who have experience in tennis, badminton, or table tennis
*If you have experience in the above sports, you’ll probably be able to play right after practicing.

30 min | Practice time
・“Chokon chokon” rallies in front of the kitchen
・*Volley practice near the kitchen line
・*Serve practice, etc.
*60–70 min | Game time
*Enjoy matches in game format!
*15 min | Clean up & mop the floor

30分｜練習タイム
・キッチン前での「チョコンチョコン」ラリー
・キッチンライン近くでのボレー練習
・サーブ練習 など
60〜70分｜ゲームタイム
・ゲーム形式で対戦を楽しみます！
15分｜片付け＆モップ清掃
