Mezcal Lovers

I have walked the mountains in the south of Oaxaca, Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz in search of precious mezcales and distillates, some of which production was only 5, 10 or 30 litres only. Extraordinarily complex and expressive tastes can be found in such spirits which alcohol graduation goes from 47 to 53 %Alc.Vol.
I continuously visit different regions and the ones I already know to help the maestros mezcaleros with the mezcal production, hence I have learned straight from them about the complete production process.
It is the time to share my complete experience with those who love to experience completely new tastes with once in a lifetime mezcales.
