Join us for chess at The Den in Koenji. All levels welcome!
Event every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6 to 10 PM.
A relaxed environment to practice your openings, tactics, and endgames with like-minded people in English or Japanese. Tasty food and beverages are available too.
Tournament-style vinyl boards with triple-weighted pieces and clocks for 16+ people.
Now an officially recognized chess club by the Japan Chess Federation!
No membership or registration required, just come and play chess.
Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Place: 3rd Floor of The Den. Walk directly upstairs to find James.
Entry: 1,000 yen (includes 1 drink)
