Asakusabashi Craft Shops Tour

Let’s tour some craft supplies shops in Asakusabashi area, famous among Tokyo’s artisans!

I have these on my list:

1. Parts Club: beads and jewellery findings (hooks, chains, charms, strings, etc.). Can’t miss it if you’re into handmade jewellery/accessories!
2. East Side Tokyo (Shimojima): a variety of supplies for quilling, felting, scrapbooking, card-making, as well as artificial flowers and a million other things. My favourite for quilling stuff!
3. Sakura Horikiri: supplies and kits mainly of Japanese paper washi and Japanese fabric chirimen. I love it for its amazing collection of washi!

After browsing these (and maybe some other shops that come our way), let’s have a chat over a cup of something in one of Asakusabashi cafes. Look forward to seeing you all :)
