The focus will be on interpersonal connections, meaning we will focus on what's happening here and now, instead of spending too much time on storytelling.
Knowledge of IFS (Internal family system) is welcome, but not mandatory. If you are not familiar with IFS, please watch those videos before joining to get the basic ideas. (They are short!)
